RocRestorative

RocRestorative is the Rochester City School District’s restorative practices initiative, dedicated to building strong relationships, fostering belonging, and creating positive school communities. Our team partners with students, staff, families, and schools to prevent and address conflict through restorative conversations, circles, mediations, and reengagement supports.

RocRestorative provides direct support to schools, professional learning for staff, and leadership opportunities for students to strengthen communication, accountability, and community. By focusing on relationships and repairing harm when conflicts occur, RocRestorative helps create safe, inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
