The Office of School Climate and Culture supports Rochester City School District students, families, and schools by fostering safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments. Through restorative practices, conflict resolution, student reengagement, professional learning, youth leadership development, and community partnerships, the department works to strengthen relationships, reduce barriers to student success, and promote a positive school culture across the district.
